The casting shop manufactured shaped castings for mechanical engineering from iron (SCh, ASCh, special cast-irons); steel (SOL - 70L, 110Mn13L, 40Cr24Ni12SiL); copper-based alloys (Br.Sn5Zc5Pb5, Bp.AI9Fe3L); aluminium alloys (AISi8Zn7Cu, AISM2).

Casting is performed into sand-clay moulds, into moulds from cold-hardening mixes, metal moulds and by means of investment casting. The casting of blanks from aluminium alloys under low pressure is carried out of the ALUG-3 machine. Metal is melted in induction furnaces.

The following casting weights are provides:

  • cast-iron - from 1 kg to 5000 kg;
  • steel - from 1 kg to 1300 kg;
  • aluminium alloys - from 0.5 kg to 300 kg;
  • copper alloys - from 1 kg to 5000 kg.
